Natural beauty isn't just organic products. People are looking for holistic beauty, in relation to the environment, a mode of consumption that leaves few ecological footprints. The question is: how to find harmony with nature in our urbanized society and thus meet the natural needs of our body? It is a search for authenticity. There is another trend: naturalness in appearance. This is what we see in magazines for example, with young models with "nude" makeup. The idea is to erase the trace of the cosmetic with less invasive beauty products to give an appearance of naturalness. Finally, the third category is people who enjoy a little Botox, because people use this as a way to have a natural look effortlessly. However, it doesn’t have to cost a fortune to look good. You’ll be glad to know though that there are plenty of natural beauty tips available to you.

Sleep 
The first step to being beautiful every day is to sleep well. A good night's sleep helps you avoid dark circles, puffiness and a dull complexion. Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night. At night, skin cells regenerate, collagen is produced in greater quantities and microcirculation increases. Result: your skin is regenerated, your features are rested and your complexion is fresh!

Eat healthy 
The second step to looking natural is to eat a balanced diet. The skin reflects the way you eat.

Eating healthy will allow you to achieve healthy, healthy skin. Vitamins and minerals are essential for the skin: eat fruits (in the form of a smoothie if you don't like fruits), vegetables and cereals, and preferably organic. Avoid eating too salty, too sweet or too fatty. There is no question of forbidding everything, you can still allow yourself to have a treat from time to time!  Remember to drink plenty of water (at least 1.5 liters per day). Hydrating yourself will help flush out toxins and achieve a beautiful complexion and more glowing skin. And more energy!

Erase your skin
The appearance of the skin is not to be overlooked in order to be naturally beautiful. Gently exfoliate your skin about once a week to remove blemishes and have smoother skin. To have beautiful lips without makeup, exfoliate your lips with a toothbrush and some honey and sugar scrub. This removes dead cells and activates blood circulation. Finish off with a touch of peppermint oil which adds a little volume and also acts as an antioxidant.

Cleanse your skin
Cleanse your skin with suitable products. This removes impurities that might clog your pores and allows your skin to breathe. It also regulates excess sebum which makes your skin shiny. We recommend that you cleanse your face morning and evening and your body once a day. The ideal is to finish your shower with a jet of cold water to activate the microcirculation. Your skin will then be firmer and generally look more refreshed. Use only natural and ideally organic products, non-aggressive and soap-free.
