Now that spring is here, love is definitely in the air, which means a lot of dates, social outings, and getting glam to go out on the town. I'm not a trained dancer by any means, but one of my most favorite things to do is to turn up my favorite upbeat songs and dance, dance, dance! It not only makes me feel really good but it's also a fun and easy way to stay in shape. 

One of my favorite song's is "Standing on the Sun" by the Queen Bey herself, Beyonce, and I wanted to share with you one of my silly moments of working out and dancing to her song, the remix of course.
