Spring is in full swing and what I love the most about this season is having fun with my wardrobe - cleaning out my closet with clothes that I haven't worn lately and updating it with key pieces, signature looks, and the latest accessories, all without breaking the bank.

One of my favorite ways to rock my outfits during the spring and fall months is to layer up. It's chilly in the morning, hot and warm during the day, and then back to being cool at night, so the best way to keep up is to have layers that you can take on and take off depending on the ever-changing temperature.

Even though we just wrapped Fashion Month with runway shows from New York, Paris, London, Milan, Hong Kong, and even Los Angeles, for the newest and hottest looks for Fall/Winter 2015, Spring is right around the corner and I've got you covered for the must-have items and trends for the new, warmer fashion season.

The 70's: This is currently the hottest decade to draw inspiration from in the fashion community. From belle bottom silhouettes, fringe, floppy hats, pretty print, and flowy dresses, all-things 70's are on-trend this season.

Ballerina's are the belle of the ball: Really pretty and delicate looks dominated the runways this season. From chiffon and tulle skirts and dresses to criss-cross tops baring a peek of a midriff to dance practice inspired bottoms. Although it's virtually always summer here in LA, I still like to rock season-appropriate gear and incorporate layers and must-have pieces. Luckily for me with spring right around the corner, urbancode has debuted their newest collection that is all about that leather and silk.

Spring is in full swing and I couldn't be more excited to break-out my spring and summer clothes. I came across this oversized, one-shoulder hawk tee and immediately threw it on. I was contemplating on whether or not I wanted to do some spring cleaning - and not just with my closet. 

More than ever, I'm really taking into account who and what I have in my life. But after a bit of reflection, I realized that at this point in my life, I'm lucky and blessed enough to say, that everyone around me is pretty much amazing, loving, and supportive and I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.
