Why Every Cool Girl Is Going To The Museum Of Illusions

I had one of the most magical experiences in L.A. thanks to Average Socialite during the opening party of The Museum of Illusions in Hollywood. 

After hitting the red carpet, I perused the museum which consisted of multiple interactive installations created by famed artists that we were life-sized illusions that I could jump in and take photos with. We sipped on Buzzbox premium cocktails and nibbled on Cakes by Anna. 

I was obsessed with the treats by Eat Print Me that featured customized macaroons and I loved seeing mine that featured a photo of me. The gift was also equally impressive and was filled with top of the line skincare by Le Mieux and My Skincare Box plus NCLA nail polish and nail grooming sets.

I can't wait to create my own mini-illusions on the tiny canvases, paint brushes and paint given to us by Artist and Craftsman Supply LA and Express Document Solutions printed the flyers and the brand wall that were also super creative.

I also loved catching up with my fellow actors and influencers that included Jeremy Maguire (actor; Modern Family), Jesse McCartney (singer/songwriter), Jonathan Sadowski (actor; Young & Hungry), Ashlyn Pearce (actress; The Bold and the Beautiful), Lex Lu (singer; The Four on FOX), Ash Minor (singer; The Four on FOX), Brandon Stewart (singer and producer), Edward Walson (broadway and film producer), Cooper Phillip (singer), Christopher "CJ" Wallace Jr. (actor and rapper), Tyra Myricks (fashion designer), Isaac J. Sullivan (actor and model), and Christine Lakin (actress).

Hadron Epoch x Holiday Party

One of my favorite brands that I've partnered with this year has to be Hadron Epoch. Everyone there is super friendly and I'm genuinely in love with all of their products, especially my journals and day planners. 

This past weekend, we partied to celebrate the holidays at The Indigo Hotel starting with a VIP dinner with a tasting from their famed chef.

Then the party continued at the Penthouse with delicious food, yummy cocktails, a ton of prizes and swag bags. We kept the celebration going by dancing the night away to an amazing DJ.

Historic Hollywood Hot Spot Hosted the Debut of the Winter Issue

Los Angeles, CA February 10, 2015- On Friday, February 6, 2015, Los Angeles Travel Magazine hosted a launch party to celebrate the release of the 2015 Winter issue. The event took place at the stunning venue Bardot, located at the intersection of Hollywood and Vine in Los Angeles, CA.

 Editor-In-Chief, Jennifer McLaughlin-Dunn and Executive Editor, Michael Dunn hosted the exclusive event. The pair debuted the ultimate resource for the West Coasts savviest travelers among magazine contributors, city officials, media guests, and local Angelenos. 

The event featured entertainment by DJ Dave Wrobel and Elan Artists, showcasing a number of 1920’s themed performances by The Melodies. Guests socialized in the old Hollywood glamour ambiance of Bardot, sipped on hosted cocktails sponsored by Tito’s Handmade Vodka, and visited the Celebrity Cruises booth to enjoy a free glass of champagne and enter to win a free cruise. 

Just above Hollywood’s most historic theater, the Avalon, Bardot nightclub ushers in its guests with an old-world warmth. It features a number of private spaces and a main room with a view of the Capitol Records tower through the open air ceiling. Just around the corner from Hollywood’s Pantages theater and surrounded by legendary stars of music and film industry, Bardot is the intimate nightclub ideal for Hollywood’s celebrities.
