3 Favorite Things: #GoodbyeSugar30 Challenge with Splenda

Hi lovelies,

It's been 30 days since I started my Goodbye Sugar 30 Day Challenge hosted by SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener and I couldn't feel happier and healthier.

Since it's been a truly transformative experience, I wanted to share my three favorite things that I discovered about myself during the challenge. Check them out below and let me know what you think!

3 Favorite Things from the #GoodbyeSugar30 Challenge:

#1: Daily support from Splenda

Once I signed up for the Goodbye Sugar 30 Day Challenge I started receiving daily emails from Splenda with tips and support on how to maximize my results from the challenge.

Tips included delicious recipes, words of encouragement, discount codes, giveaways, and more. Prior to receiving the emails, I never realized how important it was to receive daily reminders to stick to my health and fitness goals. The emails inspired me to try new things and stay committed to my 30 day journey without sugar.

During the challenge I also won a free month of personal training at my gym. So the personal training sessions coupled with swapping out my regular sugars and sweeteners with SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener, I was able to achieve my goal of toning my body and upping my energy levels. How to treat my body is just as important as what I put into my body.

#3: Blackberry Pomegranate Smoothie


One of the recipes that I came across during the Goodbye Sugar 30 Day Challenge, was the Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie recipe. I decided to put my own spin on it ans swap out the blueberries for blackberries and I have been starting my day with this yummy smoothie ever since.

INGREDIENTS:

2 packets of SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup 100% pomegranate juice
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS: 
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.

NOTE:
Serving size: about 8 fl. oz.
