The first thing that you are going to need to do is make sure that all of the home inspections are carried out. If you want someone to buy your property, then you need to ensure it is in good condition. Nobody wants to pay full price for something that they either don’t like the look of, or something that has faults but they are hidden. This is the problem. A survey is going to be done anyway so you might as well go around and get the home inspected before this happens so there are no surprises. 

You should make sure that the roof inspections are done, and that one is up to the landlord for as long as they own the property. That is the one good thing about rent. You don’t have to pay for things such as injections because you do not need them.

A Good Clean
Another thing that you are going to need to do before you move out is clean the home. We don’t just mean on a basic level where you clean the kitchen by wiping all the visible areas with a wipe. We are talking about each and every room, the oven, and even those hard to reach places that nobody has really tried because it looks like too slim of a gap. As such, you’re not really doing much then other than going to the shop is fun.

Declutter All Of Your Items
Finally, you’re not going to want to take everything that you own to the new place you’re going to be living. As such, you need to go through all of the items that you own and decide what to keep and what to stay. At the end of the day it is an opportunity so give yourself a chance to finish getting packed up without having to try and cram all of your stuff in one bag. It’s a fantastic plan.
