Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water Berry-Banana-Spinach Smoothie
1 Cup of Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water
3 Chopped strawberries
1 Small handful of blueberries
1 Small handful of blackberries
1 Chopped medium banana
1 Cup of fresh spinach
2 Scoops of your protein powder of choice
Combine all ingredients into a blender and puree until the smoothie is liquidized to the consistency of choice.
Pour and enjoy!
#2: Replenish your antioxidants after your workout
I'm obsessed with staying active and living in sunny California, there's no shortage of fun activities to keep me in shape, happy, and healthy.
